United KingdomHaven't had to use it yet (touch wood) comes with 9 decent sized patches, a stick of chalk, rasp and 1 tube of glue. It came with an extra set of metal tyre levers but alas too big to fit into the box? Small problem I suppose. But over-all am happy with it.
