By using this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern BTR Direct's relationship with you in relation to this website. If you do not agree to these terms then you must cease using the site.
The term "BTR Direct" or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 3 Wayside Road, Littlehampton, BN16 4DF. Our company registration number is 5668581. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website.
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies and these terms at any time and without notice. You will be subject to the terms in force at the time you use the website or that you order goods from us (unless any change to these are required to be made by law or government authority, in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If you do not wish to accept the new terms then you should not continue to use this website as your continued use will indicate your agreement to be bound to these.

BTR Direct accepts no responsibility for any damage or injury caused to persons or belongings during the use of our products.

1. Your account:

When you register to use this website, you will be asked to create a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that are submitted on your account. If you know, or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us immediately. BTR Direct reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

2. Orders:

When you place an order to purchase a product from BTR Direct, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, this is accepted by us and the order completed when we send email confirmation to you that we've despatched that product to you. You consent to receive communications from us electronically and that such communications satisfy any legal requirement for these to be in writing.

3. Deliveries & Postage:

All items are in stock and ready for immediate shipment unless otherwise specified. We offer free delivery anywhere within the UK. Orders are normally despatched within 1 working day but please allow 7 days for delivery before contacting us about non receipt.

BTR Sports cannot change a delivery address after the item has been despatched. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct address is inputted at the time of ordering.

4. Non-receipt of goods:

On rare occasions, items may be delayed or lost in transit, which is beyond our control. Please allow 7 days from the date of despatch (as confirmed in our despatch email) before contacting us. You will be entitled to either replacement goods or a refund.

5. Returns and refunds:

We offer a no quibble returns policy provided items are returned within 28 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please Contact Us

6. Pricing & availability:

(i) While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur and if we discover an error in the price of goods that you have ordered from us, we will inform you as soon as possible. You may continue with the order at the correct price or cancel it and receive a full refund.
(ii) Prices stated do include postage (UK only) and include VAT where applicable (currently charged at 20%). VAT invoices are available upon request.
(iii) All orders are subject to availability and if the goods ordered are not available you will be contacted by email and will have the option to wait until the item is available from stock or you can cancel the order and receive a full refund.

7. Payment:

(i) Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept payment by Paypal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of goods. Please be aware that payment will be taken on receipt of the order and not when the goods are despatched.
(ii) You confirm that the debit or credit card being used is your own. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses for any reason to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.
(iii) By offering to purchase goods you are confirming you are 18 years or over.
(iv) We will take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure. Our secure socket layer software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal details, including card number, name and address and ensures nothing can be read as it travels over the Internet.

8. Your conduct:

Please be aware that you are responsible for all electronic communication and content sent to us. You may not use this website for the following purposes:
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• To send any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material
• To breach copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other right
• Any activity that in any way causes, or is likely to cause the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way
• To transmit material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any relevant laws, regulations or code of practice

9. Losses:

BTR Direct will only be liable under these terms for losses which were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website, or a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed. The products sold on the site are for domestic and consumer use only and we will not be responsible for any business loss or any other indirect or consequential loss. We do not exclude or limit liability by law for death or personal injury caused from our negligence, breach of duty, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

10. Website disclaimer:

(i) Through this website you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of BTR Direct. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.
(ii) Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
(iii) Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, BTR Direct takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control. Occasionally, your access to the site may be restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as it reasonably can.
(iv) This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
(v) All trademarks reproduced in this website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website.
(vi) Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
(vii) You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without BTR Direct's prior written consent.
(viii) Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England.

12. Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us BTR Direct Ltd, BizSpace, Courtwick Lane, Littlehampton, BN17 7TL, tel 01903 773803, email support@btrdirect.co.uk of your decision to cancel this contract by clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the below model cancellation template but it is not obligatory

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimburse for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you,

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay , and not later than -

a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any good supplied, or

b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. We will supply you a freepost address to send the goods so we will bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods

Should you have any queries after your goods/service have been delivered then please contact support@btrdirect.co.uk. We will aim to provide an initial response to you within 2 working days and provide a full response within 5 working days.

In the unlikely event of a complaint arising, if we have not been able to resolve it then you can refer the matter to The Retail Ombudsman.

14 Photo Competition Rules 2021

(i) The competitions closes at the date and time listed by BTR.

(ii) By entering the competition you are giving BTR the right to edit & share your image on our social media platforms. BTR will not share your images with 3rd parties.

(iii) BTRs decision will be full and final.

(iv) BTR will notify winners by either messenger, email or any other social media platforms where the entry was received.
