1. Your account:When you register to use this website, you will be asked to create a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that are submitted on your account. If you know, or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us immediately. BTR Direct reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
All items are in stock and ready for immediate shipment unless otherwise specified. We offer free delivery anywhere within the UK. Orders are normally despatched within 1 working day but please allow 7 days for delivery before contacting us about non receipt.
BTR Sports cannot change a delivery address after the item has been despatched. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct address is inputted at the time of ordering.
Should you have any queries after your goods/service have been delivered then please contact email@example.com. We will aim to provide an initial response to you within 2 working days and provide a full response within 5 working days.
In the unlikely event of a complaint arising, if we have not been able to resolve it then you can refer the matter to The Retail Ombudsman.
14 Photo Competition Rules 2021
(i) The competitions closes at the date and time listed by BTR.
(ii) By entering the competition you are giving BTR the right to edit & share your image on our social media platforms. BTR will not share your images with 3rd parties.
(iii) BTRs decision will be full and final.
(iv) BTR will notify winners by either messenger, email or any other social media platforms where the entry was received.
