Free returns within 30 days
Changed your mind, or something not quite right? Return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returns are free, we cover the cost of sending it back.
How to return something
- Email support@btrsports.co.uk with your order number and tell us what you would like to send back.
- We email you a prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 48 returns label. If you do not have a printer, ask for a QR code instead and the label is printed for you at the drop-off point.
- Pack the item, attach the label or show your QR code, and drop the parcel at a Post Office, a Royal Mail shop or a Royal Mail parcel locker. Lockers are open 24/7. Find your nearest at royalmail.com/services-near-you.
- Keep your proof of postage. The return is tracked, and Royal Mail aim to get it back to us in 2 to 3 working days.

Your refund
We refund to your original payment method once your return reaches us, or sooner if you send us proof of postage. Refunds are made within 14 days.
Please send items back in a resaleable condition, with tags and packaging where you can. We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled more than was needed to check it.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, email support@btrsports.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery you paid.
Christmas returns
Anything purchased after 1 November can be returned up to 30 January the following year.
