Refund policy

You can return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund

We will send you an Evri label and you will need to drop off at an Evri Parcel Shop.

If you prefer another similar service please email us and we will do our best to help. We can offer a Royal Mail label for an attitional £1.00 fee for example

 

Christmas returns

Any items purchased after November 1st can be returned up to January 30th the following year
