The Running Charity

There's lots of innovative charities using health and well-being initiatives to make a difference to people's lives.

Take The Running Charity for example. They use running as a way of making a difference to young people aged between 16-25 who are either homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. With their belief that running can help improve "resilience, confidence and self-esteem" (as many of you will attest), and with the idea of setting goals and improving fitness also key to their approach, they're making a huge difference to many young people.

Their website is home to a series of inspiring case studies showing a number of young people that have been helped by The Running Charity. Take a look and find out how you can get involved.
