United KingdomOrdered a 12 but it's at least an inch shy of zipping up. Bit disappointing considering all my other jackets are a 12 (and the 14 is out of stock) Definitely no room for layering under this one. Seems to be a decent quality jacket which glows well and would be perfect for winter evening walks (I live in semi rural area with lots of dark narrow roads)
