Delivery

Free UK delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.

Orders are despatched within 1 working day. Most arrive within 2-4 working days of despatch, though please allow up to 5.

Free delivery is sent with Evri, InPost or Amazon Logistics, and we pick the best service for your parcel. If you would rather have Royal Mail, two upgrades are available at checkout:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-4 days), £1.00
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-3 days), £2.00

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Collect from a locker

If couriers struggle to reach your door, or you are out all day, we can send your order to a parcel locker instead, at no extra charge. Lockers are open 24/7, so you collect whenever suits you.

To arrange it, place your order as normal, then reply to your order confirmation email, or email support@btrsports.co.uk, telling us which locker you would like.

Please include a mobile number with your reply. The carrier uses it to text you when your parcel is ready to collect. It is only used for delivery notifications, never for marketing.

Once your parcel arrives, you have 3 days to collect it from the locker. With Royal Mail, anything not collected in that time is moved to your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point and held there for a further 18 days.

Returns

Returns are free within 30 days of purchase (see Christmas returns below). We cover the cost of sending it back.

Email support@btrsports.co.uk with your order number and we will send you a prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 48 returns label. No printer? Ask for a QR code instead and the label is printed for you at the drop-off point.

Drop the parcel at a Post Office, a Royal Mail shop or a Royal Mail parcel locker. The return is tracked, and Royal Mail aim to get it back to us in 2 to 3 working days.

Christmas returns: anything purchased after 1 November can be returned up to 30 January the following year.
