You can return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Returns are free: we will email you a prepaid Evri or InPost returns label.

If you would rather return by Royal Mail Tracked we can send that label for £1 which we deduct from your refund.

Email us at support@btrsports.co.uk and tell us which you would prefer.

Anything purchased after 1 November can be returned up to 30 January the following year
