The BTR hydration bladder gives you hands-free water on the bike, on the trail, and on the run. It is a 2 litre BPA-free water bladder with a 100 cm hose, bite valve and on/off switch, so you can sip without breaking stride, without rummaging for a bottle, and without sloshing weight around in your bag.
It fits most running vests, cycling backpacks, and hiking daypacks. At 2 litres it holds enough water for a long ride, a half marathon training run, or a full day on the hills, and it rolls up flat when empty so it never wastes space in your bag.
Every new plastic water bladder, ours, Camelbak, Hydrapak, Osprey, every single one, has a slight plastic taste on first use. Our bladder is 100% BPA and BPS free, so it is completely safe. The taste is not harmful. It just needs a proper first clean.
Fill the bladder with warm soapy water, add a tablespoon of bicarbonate of soda and a squeeze of lemon juice, and leave it to soak for 30 to 60 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, then rinse again, and that is the taste gone. Our blog post below walks through the full method if you want the detailed version.
| 2 Litre Capacity | Enough water for a long ride, a half marathon run, or a full day hike. Wide fill opening means you can top it up from almost any tap. |
| BPA and BPS Free | Food-grade plastic, completely safe. No nasty chemicals leaching into your water on hot summer rides. |
| 100 cm Drinking Hose | Long enough to route over the shoulder of any running vest, cycling backpack, or hiking rucksack, so the bite valve sits where you need it. |
| Bite Valve with On/Off Switch | Flip the switch on before you set off, then bite to drink. The switch stops any drips or leaks inside your pack when it is knocking about. |
| Leak-Proof, No-Burst Build | Tough welded seams survive being stuffed in a pack with keys, pumps, tools, and everything else you carry. |
| Fully Detachable Parts | Hose, switch, and bite valve all come apart for a proper clean. No trapped bacteria, no mouldy corners. |
| Rolls Up Flat When Empty | Saves space on the way home or for the pack of a second bladder on long adventures. |
| Universal Backpack Fit | Slim 17 cm x 40 cm shape slides into the hydration sleeve of nearly any running vest, cycling pack, MTB backpack or hiking rucksack. |
For trail runners, marathon training, and ultra distance sessions, a running hydration bladder beats carrying bottles every time. Hands stay free, the weight sits close to your back, and you can drink on the move without breaking pace. The 2 litre capacity covers a long run even in summer heat.
Road cyclists, MTB riders, and bike commuters all get the same benefit: more water, less bottle-rummaging. Slip the bladder into your cycling backpack, route the hose over your shoulder, and sip while you ride. No more unscrewing bottle tops at traffic lights.
2 litres is the sweet spot for a full day on the hills. Most hiking rucksacks have a dedicated hydration sleeve and a hose port, and this bladder fits them. Walk, talk, and drink without stopping to dig around in your pack.

The product itself was as described and worked fine but incredibly hard to dry out, therfore not good for using a second time as bacteria can live in the damp interior.
Excellent service. Bladder fits well into Camelback which my son uses when training for the Great North Run.
Easy to fill, easy to drink(may need a bit of effort to dry out after
Very good, especially for wild camping where drinking water might not be available
So easy to fill and use on long training walks. Only issue I had was trying to remove the hose from bladder, no matter how hard I pulled it. Eventually ran it under hot water and result, came off easily!
